During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated right next to the subway and a supermarket, which made it easy for me to get around the city and buy groceries. The apartment was also well-appointed with nice amenities, including a free laundry facility that I was able to take advantage of. I appreciated the fact that the staff was very friendly and always available to offer help or advice.

The only downside of my stay was that the pillows provided were quite small, which made it a bit uncomfortable for me to sleep at night. While they were still comfortable enough for a few good hours of shut-eye, I would have preferred them to be larger.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the prime location of the serviced apartment. Just a short walk from the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, it was easy to explore the city. I also loved the convenience of having a HIT grocery store nearby. the room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. It was great to have a kitchenette and comfortable seating area. the team was welcoming and hospitable, always ready to help with anything needed.

There was a minor inconvenience when the key card became deactivated early, causing an unexpected delay in entering the room.

Convenient location, helpful staff, free laundry, nearby grocery store, close to public transportation, umbrella provided.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, as the staff kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning. Parking was convenient and accessible for our rental car. Additionally, the hotel is located in a great area with easy transportation options and is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. But, it's still just a short trip away from all the attractions. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Nothing is perfect - but in all honesty, we could not think of any negative aspects to our stay in this hotel. We had an absolutely flawless experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Had a great Xmas stay! Loved how the staff were always friendly and willing to help out in any way possible. the location was perfect for getting around and really made our time in the city enjoyable. the free washer and dryer were a great touch and saved us a ton of money.

Only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the pillows, they could have been bigger. But honestly, it wasn't a big deal because I still managed to get a good night's sleep.
